We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on:

Printable products
Digital coloring books
Phone wallpapers
Downloadable files
Templates
Any other digital downloads
Once a purchase has been completed, the files cannot be returned.
Technical Issues
If you experience a problem accessing your files or believe you received the wrong product, please contact us. We are happy to help resolve technical issues or replace corrupted files whenever possible.
Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact us. We will gladly review the situation and issue a refund for duplicate purchases when appropriate.
Future Physical Products
If The Haunted Cottage begins offering physical merchandise in the future, a separate return policy will apply to those items.
